Assignment brief agreement & Initial consultation, considerations:

Once a relocation brief is received, we will make contact with our client assignee in person by e mail and follow up with a call. Having understood your requirements in detail, we can provide the correct guidance. With the information you share with us we can begin the search for suitable properties and start to plan the move.

  • Location, where would you like to live, we can guide you?
  • How will you move around, do you plan to have a car?
  • Property style and size, number of bedrooms, contemporary or traditional, countryside or city?
  • Do you have children, what ages are they, do they have any special needs or requirements?
  • Local facilities, schools, restaurants, gyms, health clinics, what do you need?
  • Schools, we can source schools & arrange interviews.
  • Will you be bringing pets to the UK or are you planning to buy one while you are here?
  • What is your availability to view homes and schools, ideally due to availability of the majority of schools, letting agents and tenants this should be during the week, Monday – Friday

Ease of doing business – One Invoice

Our aim is to be easy to do business with, to keep things simple and efficient at all time. This includes (with the exception of ongoing Expense Management services) a single invoice for all relocation services included in the project brief agreement.

End of tenancy services

We will assist with finalising your tenancy agreement, arrange for your goods to be packed up and shipped and install a furniture pack if necessary. Hand us the keys and we will oversee full professional end of tenancy cleaning, manage and attend the inventory checkout inspection and negotiate any dilapidations on your/your company’s behalf.

Furniture rental packages & installation

If you arrive in advance of your furniture shipment, we can fully furnish your home with a furniture pack and you can move in straight away. We will then organise its removal when appropriate.

Inventory check in

When your tenancy commences a property check in inspection takes place with a professional inventory clerk. We will attend this meeting on your behalf and manage any issues that may arise. We can also arrange for a food parcel to be delivered to your home ready for your arrival.

Lease renewal

We can manage your annual lease renewal for you, we will address any maintenance issues at the same time.

Offer & lease negotiations

Once you have chosen a property, we will manage the offer for rental on your behalf. At this point we can request any special conditions if needed, agree a price per month and confirm a tenancy start date.  When the offer has been accepted, we will review the lease and negotiate where necessary to secure a tenancy to suit your requirements as closely as possible.

Property screening videos

If you can’t be here to view property with us, we will carry out the search ourselves and video property options for you to review from home. Once you have made your choice, we will do the rest, ie offer and contract.

Schools/college

We will help you identify the schools you would like to see, we will schedule school tours and admissions meetings to take place during your time with us. If you are not sure where to look, we will provide a list of options. We can support you through the admission process and have education specialist partners if you need extra support for a more specific school search.

Sourcing Serviced Accommodation

If your stay in the UK is short term then serviced accommodation is a great choice, it’s an all-inclusive rental that makes life easy. We can identify the best options for you and arrange a tenancy to suit your dates. Your all-inclusive fee includes utility charges, parking, TV and broadband plus weekly laundry services.

Sourcing & viewing property

Our relocation specialists will research the property market and schedule accompanied property viewings, school meetings and orientation in the area you have chosen.
