Kate Mason is a rental property specialist who can source the home you are looking for.

Having gained an understanding of your requirements and family needs an extensive search is made to identify homes for rental both on and off market.

Any potential, available property options will be previewed or viewed together with you. Property details, images/videos are provided as well as relevant local area data.

Once we have identified a property you are happy with an offer for rental is agreed with you and the details sent in writing to the agents. Any special terms and conditions as well as a tenancy term, break clause (if any) and a start date are agreed at this point too.

The tenancy agreement will be negotiated on your behalf

Regular updates are provided throughout this process, these are essential, as is your feedback.

With a great network of professionals and specialist companies together I will endeavour to make your move as smooth as possible. I can provide details for great furniture relocation (removals) specialists and will provide or source local tradespeople’s details should you need them.

It doesn’t end there….every care and attention is paid to making sure you are happy with your choice and comfortable in your new home.
