Emigrating your family and pets from one side of the world to the other is a tricky business, even if you’re moving to the country you’re originally from, and especially if that country has a severely limited housing stock and rentals available. It made all the difference to my stress levels having Kate Mason work on our behalf to secure somewhere to live before we arrived in the UK. We’d already tried reaching out to various estate agents but frankly nobody would engage while we were still abroad, we needed an actual person on the ground for them to communicate with and do viewings. Initially we thought Kate would simply search for and view properties for us but she went much further than that. She managed the negotiation processes and all communication so the process from start to finish went as smoothly as possible, we didn’t miss out on any properties due to the time difference and even when we finally moved in she continued to keep in contact with us and act as a middle person with the estate agents.

She is a consummate professional, understood exactly what our needs were and did further research herself in terms of schools and transport. Every viewing she took long and detailed videos so we would have a very good idea of what a house was like, and included further detailed info on the immediate vicinity (road noise etc)

I honestly don’t know how we’d have found a family home to rent under these circumstances without Kate’s help and thanks to her this huge part of the emigration process was relatively stress free when it could have been a nightmare. I have since recommended her services several times over and would use her again in a heartbeat.
